About the Role

We seek an experienced Dental Implant Specialist to join our team, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate treatment plans to ensure they meet our established protocols and preferences
  • Collaborate with providers to generate digital treatment setups for doctor review and approval
  • Continuously assess and optimize procedures to maximize efficiency and quality
  • Analyze issues and provide insights to support the success of our providers, account representatives, and sales leaders
  • Enhance knowledge of orthodontics, industry trends, and company processes to drive innovation and improvement
  • Maintain Quality Control standards for assigned cases
  • Address complaints related to treatment planning with professionalism and expertise
  • Achieve weekly productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction goals
  • Cultivate strong relationships across teams and functions to ensure an exceptional provider experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant education and/or technical experience in a dental lab
  • Prior orthodontic experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for delivering top-notch support and service
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment with minimal disruption

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
