Baxter, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Network Supply Chain Professional to join its team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a vital role in driving business success through strategic planning and execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply planning processes to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, with a focus on inventory management and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with supply chain planning systems and tools, including MRP, DRP, and MPS.
