Procurement Strategist III

Boston Scientific, a leading medical device manufacturer, seeks a skilled Procurement Strategist III to join its Acquisition category team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to meet product quality, service, and cost improvement targets. Key responsibilities include partnering with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.

1. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement sustainable solutions.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
3. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
