Job Description
The Sr. Director, Digital Enablement will play a pivotal role in transforming our business operations through the strategic use of digital technologies and AI. This leader will work closely with global and local leadership to assess the current state, define areas of focus, and develop transformative solutions that enhance our operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and articulate a comprehensive digital enablement strategy aligned with our overall objectives. Drive the strategic planning process, considering market trends, customer needs, and business goals to ensure a sustainable and inclusive digital transformation roadmap.
- Implementation and Execution: Oversee the successful implementation of the digital enablement strategy across our organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital technologies, AI solutions, and data-driven insights into business processes and operations.
- Global Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our organizations, ensuring alignment and collaboration in the execution of digital initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, promoting diversity and inclusion to drive organizational success in the digital age.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, technology partners, and other partner teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure the successful adoption of digital solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: In commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong social skills: Ability to partner, present, and facilitate to audiences at all levels of the business globally.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that align with business objectives. Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Proven experience in building and leading diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and promoting inclusion.
