About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Tools Solution Architect to join our team at JLL. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of BI tools that meet the needs of our stakeholders and maximize value for end users and the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI, data science, or computer science, with experience in Tableau Server Administration. You should have working knowledge of AWS tools, including QuickSight, Redshift Query Editor, Glue DataBrew, Sage Maker Canvas, and Athena. Experience with Azure is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the solution vision, articulating a clear and concise strategy, goals, objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Prioritize the backlog of solution features and work items based on their impact, feasibility, and alignment with the overall vision.
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for solution delivery, including milestones, release schedules, and dependencies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, competitor offerings, and user needs.
  • Communicate effectively and transparently with all stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and risks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, BI, data science, computer science, economics, Information Management, or related analytical field.
  • 2+ years' experience in Tableau Server Administration.
  • Working knowledge of AWS tools (especially QuickSight, Redshift Query Editor, Glue DataBrew, Sage Maker Canvas, Athena) and Tableau.
  • AWS Cloud Services and working Azure highly preferred; any Cloud Service Management experience preferred.
  • High flexibility in working hours/days for maintenance activities and responding to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis.
  • Experience providing overall support to a large user base required.
  • Solid communication, analysis, and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing problems.
  • Possess experience maintaining, managing, and documenting standards, policies, and procedures?
  • Possess experience managing software licensing and SLA's with client and vendors.
  • Fluent English necessary.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
