**About the Role**:
As our SDR Manager you will manage and build a team of high-caliber sales development professionals focused on building top of the funnel pipeline.
Your team will be responsible for driving the pipeline from both processing inbound and testing outbound strategies for target accounts.
You will have the opportunity to think strategically and creatively to generate demand and develop leadership experience through coaching a team.
You will work closely with sales and marketing to execute a variety of campaigns while refining the message for existing and new products.
**What you will be doing**:
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for inbound and outbound sourced opportunities.
- Be hands on, conducting calls and prospecting
- Coach, develop and mentor a team of SDRs through weekly 1-on-1s, joint call sessions, weekly activity metrics, monthly targets to develop their prospecting and sales qualification skills
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers
- Own forecast and delivery of pipeline goals for the entire team by executing campaigns and analyzing demand generation and activity metrics
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to increase productivity
**About you**:
- Successful completion of coursework in Sales techniques, Marketing, and/or Communication is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR leadership role in a SaaS environment
- Experience exceeding opportunity creation and pipeline goals
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM/ABM tools
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously.
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
**Bonus if you have the following**:
- Experience with technology products that target QA, Testers, Application Developers or DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
